「Hotel was so-so.」

「I am SO TIRED of hoteliers who spend money on updating rooms and then buy cheap BRICK HARD mattresses. How difficult is it to comprehend that people NEED A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP? No one wants to sleep on a brick at the Taj Mahal. Sleep Inn built a name on good beds. I used to select them specifically for their beds.
