"Newly remodeled rooms were great and they are finishing up the last 2 floors. Virginia and Susanna at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was really good. Can’t wait to see the lobby, atrium and restaurant areas renovated."

"Room was put together but smelt horrible. The shower floor was brown- had to wear crocs in there to shower. Ac was on but didn’t get to a decent temp. Breakfast was ok- cereal was stale. Pool was ok- kids got out with hair on them but that happens. Hotel was “smoke free” but right outside the door ..."

"The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture ..."

"This is a perfect property to be able to explore New Bo, Downtown Cedar Rapids, and the Czech Village. Excellent attention to details with the property. By far, the best Vrbo rental experience we've ever had! Highly recommend!"
