「The location is perfect. The room was clean, air conditioned, parking was easy and the staff very friendly.」

Also very helpful as I could not figure out something and within 5 minutes they were there to help. The only thing I was surprised by was no tv streaming service and old fashioned what is on is what you can watch. Breakfast was good and plentiful.」

「Honestly the hotel was alright. I would echo the same things that other reviews mentioned about it being very noisy with it being next to a major road. The sounds went on all night and breakfast was not the best. The hotel was decently clean but it looked short staffed so you could tell it wasn’t kept up with the way that it probably should have been. Extremely thin walls as well I could hear the neighbors next door snoring all night and the ones above you could hear the tiniest foot step that...

「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「My flight didn't get in until 8:30 pm. When I called the motel, I was informed they stop doing shuttles at 5 pm. I had to pay for a taxi at $25 to go 4 miles to get from the airport to the motel. Pretty unhappy about the lack of a shuttle when this has never been an issue anywhere else I've stayed near an airport.」
