“Upon arrival I waited a very long time for someone to come to the desk and assist me.. the property inside and out was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfy, however water pressure took 30 min to rinse my shoulder length hair and the rips in the shower curtain allowed water to escape the shower and soak the bathroom. Tub was also very slippery. Breakfast bar was stocked and fresh. Overall id stay again.”

“My review may appear to be all over the place but that’s the way the hotel was. The room was clean and updated. We were on the side of the Interstate and there was some road noise, but we had a sound machine so we were fine. The check-in was fast and friendly. The pool was not open yet, bummer! The hallway needed a good carpet cleaning and didn’t smell great. Not a good first impression. The breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast with hot items. “It's a functional hotel. The staff is helpful. The room we were put in had some issues (fridge was totally dead, A/C didn't work very well, light in the bathroom flickered). They offered to move us to a new room but we didn't realize the AC couldn't keep up until overnight so we declined to change rooms for the fridge issue. So it's a case of "there may be some issues but the staff is very helpful in trying to fix things for you." I was given a couple of discount cards but they have to be used……

No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person.
