「Lovely inn. My only complaint was that my room was street-side and quite noisy. I suggest asking for a non-street-side room when you make your reservation or bringing earplugs if noise bothers you.」

「Wonderful」

「I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. Unfortunately the remodeling seemed to be more than just the restaurant, and the construction noise made it impossible to relax and enjoy the property from 9-5 every day. The property didn't feel the most secure with all the workers constantly coming and going. The bar only currently...

「What a gem! The location and the staff and the service were wonderful. Our room was breathtaking and comfortable. The food was good, especially the meat at the restaurant below. And the easy access to the lake and boat rides to local towns was super convenient. Everyone treated us like we were special guests, in a comfortable and good way. We’ll be back someday for sure!」

「La comida es deliciosa y todo está céntrico para pasear. El personal es muy amable」

「All are good.」

「Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋 The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.」

「Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible.」

「This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. The property is located about a 10-15 minute walk along a busy main street from the lake. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h」

「Fake Pictures: The ad shows a nice outside arch. That arch leads to monthly apartments, not your hotel room.. Avoid this terrible hotel—it deserves less than one star because of filthy conditions, deceptive ads, and dangerous safety hazards. The online pictures are completely misleading, hiding the fact that the rooms, showers, and public laundry areas are absolutely disgusting. The room itself had filthy mattresses, dirty sheets, and a "Mickey Mouse" water heater with dangerous wires hanging...
