“The room is clean and comfortable, even though it is a bit aging. Staff are friendly. However, there is room for improvement on the meals provided.”

“…………………………………………………………….,”

“The hotel facilities and rooms are very old. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. We had to keep the window open all night even though it was very cold outside (–10°C). There were obvious stains on the tatami mat floor in the room. The staff member who helped us check in was a bit annoying and impolite. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or group stays.”

“Private onsen is really good. Dinner and breakfast are good. I will come again.”

“suggest us breakfast at 7 which was lambasted by my wife didn’t mention the 9 o clock option first lazy to finish work early stuck an envelope under my door at midnight saying onsen closed tomorrow for tv crew shooting. We paid for our stay , not the freaking tv crew .”

“great stay with great service, we enjoyed the atmosphere very much.”

“buffet breakfast is excellent”
