「Rural is a key word. It is family run. We arrived on a Sunday and the family was out. We were greeted by one of their staff, Natalia. Such a nice woman. She realized due to the time and a Sunday that we would have few options for dinner. She shared her family dinner with us. It is very quiet. We enjoyed touring neighboring towns while using this as a home base. Once we found it, it was very easy to come and go.」

「Sound proof of the room seems quite limited」

「Não existe checkup presencial , avisaram por e-mail , não vimos pq em viagem não ficamos olhando email todo dia . 」

「We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests...

「This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!」

「This hotel was down its own small alley tucked next to the convent. The streets are narrow and there is no parking very close, but easy to walk there! It was in a perfect quiet location. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided us the code for the door during after hours. Our room was an interior room but still extremely cute and unique!」

「Todo bastante bien, y la cena y el desayuno estupendos y con muchos productos típicos a buen precio. Repetiremos sin duda」

「Staying here felt like stepping into history. The whole monastery is full of art and beautiful architecture, with old wooden doors, hallways and a layout that feels like a small castle. Super quiet and relaxing and on a sunny day the property looks incredible. Staff were friendly and spoke English too, which made things easy. Highly recommend if you want something historic and different」

「No staff present after 1.00pm! No bar or restaurant. Very limited choice for breakfast. Nice and historic surroundings of the hotel with beautiful views.」
