「The staff members were attentive and friendly. The nature and the view from the windows are wonderful. The room amenities need some cosmetic touch-ups and minor repairs, such as the blinds or a missing light bulb on the balcony. I would rate the breakfast as 3 out of 5.」

「I didn't like how every time I went to the Front Desk no one was there and no way to get any ones attention. I paid for my room in full, but when I arrived at the hotel I had to pay over 200 for incidentals. Never had any explanation. I later ask another person at the ft desk and she explained it. People should be aware before they get there they have to pay out more money after spending enough for the rooms.」

「Fantastic location. Great breakfast. Very gracious hosts.」

「Clean rooms」

「很方便」

「Breakfast was plentiful and mostly good. Staff was quite accommodating and friendly.」

「Keep away of it. This property is not livable. I've booked non-smoking room but found smoke and mold smell everywhere and you can not get rid of it for a long time after spending even 15 minutes in the room. It's a kingdom of pests like cockroaches and some other I was not able to identify; they're everywhere on walls, table, furniture, curtains.... Water in toilet is dirty, green-yellowish and even flush does not change its color. Finally I had to leave this place in 15 minutes even it was...

「poor」

「If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.」

「Had many issues with the room. The fan in bathroom was noisy. The plug for the hair dryer didn't work. The covers were dirty. The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night.」

「This is an older hotel that really hasn't kept up to today's expectations for the average hotel guest. But, for the price, I got exactly what I expected, that being a clean room, a place to bathe, a small kitchenette and a place to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. For those giving bad reviews for this place, I'd only remind them that this was by far, the cheapest place around. I only paid $64 per night, so I think I got a good deal.」
