Nicely located for the local base, but it is on a busy road that was particularly noisy at certain times of day. The bathroom wasn't clean on arrival which was disappointing and the AC was also noisy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel seemed to have a no pet policy - but there were definitely dogs on site. We didn't try the breakfast - but it seemed popular with the other guests.

A little on the pricey side, but it was near where we wanted to be and it was clean and safe. Breakfast was your typical continental style, during the week they don't restock as well as they do on the weekends. AC could have been turned down more, very humid on second and third floors. Only 1 ice maker was working at the time.

My husband and I have stayed at this property multiple times so it became our go to. Nonetheless, our room had an odor like a basement. We bought 2 different deodorizers to try and lessen the odor, but it did not work for more than a couple of hours. Otherwise, the breakfast and coffee bar were inviting and the front desk staff were kind and welcoming.

Everything was wonderful ! I had a hard time using my door key, and the staff came up and helped me and made sure I was able to use the key on my own. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and use comfort Inn again.

I had very little time on this trip, so I did not address these issues with the staff. In the few interactions I did have with them, the staff was friendly and helpful. In the room, there were holes in the walls that could have been easily patched. The safe had no power. The decaff tea was missing. The shower drain was incredibly slow. The accent light over bed was missing a panel. The sheets looked as if they had sat in a pile for weeks before they were put on the bed, or they were used, I prefer the former explanation since I did sleep there.
