「Super restful and pristine environment.」

「Everything was」

「The room was in poor shape - my bathroom door didn’t close, there Were stains on the carpet and everything felt old.」

「The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.」

「El desayuno es muy pobre comparado con otros hoteles en Israel El personal de house kipping no es muy atento. No dejaron papel higienico」

There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath . We then used the sauna and steam room . We would...

「The hotel is charming. We enjoyed the spa and restaurant. The room, which had a balcony, was comfortable. The walls are rather thin, which added to the noise that we heard from the hallway. However, as the hotel is small, it was tolerable. The shower was large. There was enough staffing to allow quick service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.」
