“It was so-so! No breakfast, no microwave, no bottled water!”

The door to the bathroom did not close leaving a 2” gap because the bottom was warped and coming apart. There was also a dent where it seems someone punched it. They painted the door instead of replacing it.”

“I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). I also noticed some stray hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was not comfortable either. It was rather hard. Although this visit wasn’t at the quality level I have……

“My room was very clean. The property was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed (I needed help with the room TV and check-out). They were able to answer my questions and get me the help I needed. Parking is free, but spaces go really fast. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably delicious. It definitely saved us some money from eating out. The elevators were a bit janky, but there are stairs available. Overall, I would rate my stay an A+. I would definitely……

“One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. ”

“There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.”

“This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come……

“Rooms smell very old and smoky I. What was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Also the bed was falling apart and the tub and shower was old and needed to be updated.”

“All was good EXCEPT - we called the front desk twice to get extra toilet paper and were put on hold 10_ minutes before getting hung up on and then 20+ minutes before we gave up. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!”
