“the room was clean and nice, but my mom couldn't stand the noice the bands are making”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

Breakfast was good but the fruit ran out before 8 thats what time we came down for Breakfast asked if they had more she said NO ok Thanks. The guys that work out front I enjoyed talking to them as we waited for are bus, nice guys”

“The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was huge and I especially loved the large jacuzzi tub! Check in and check out were a breeze! Close walking distance to everything! If I’m ever back in New Orleans, I’d stay here again! ”

“Elaine at the front desk was awesome. Got us checked in early and gave us some tips on where to go for food and drinks in the quarter. The room was clean and cozy. Would definitely come back.”

“Clean and cute room! Ours was a bit small, but had a lot of mid century modern character. The flooring was beautiful, with high ceilings. It was quiet, and the building has beautiful exposed brick throughout, with an awesome little café in the morning. Did not try the restaurant, but it was beautiful inside ”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”
