「The rooms had nice toiletries in them but overall were basic. No kettle in the room which would have been nice and most photos show a kettle available. The hotel bar closes early leaving guests no opportunity to get a drink. The double bed had a broke foot and despite informing staff this was not fixed during the stay. 」

「After traveling from USA to Spain in an 18 hour flight and going through traffic and all we make it to the hotel around 3:30p.m while check in is at 4:00p.m be prepared to call and buzz and dial the number on the door to get no response until a guy comes out and tells us go eat and give the front desk time to come in …. Like what ….. cool , he ask for identification we provide him with real ID just to say that doesn’t work ….. cool here’s passport…. Proceeds to ask for our home address….. sir...
