「The environment is good with adequate space and scenary view. Nice experience with the room and breakfast buffet. The service is also pretty good. Also convenient with the transportation (both bus and metro).」

「The room was clean and bright. Tv allowed prime tv through my account which was excellent!」

「Very good people and professional. Also, they’re helping with good manners.」

「Loved the location, room was very small and breakfast was terrible. Staff were pleasant but reception took ages to book us in and our room wasn't ready at checkin time. Unfortunately the people in the next room had barky dogs which was annoying.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」

「Very loud , incredible about it noise throughout the street.」

「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」
