“From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the service at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The lobby team made us feel welcome right away, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The restaurant staff were equally outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and made every meal an enjoyable experience with their excellent service and attention to detail. It was clear that everyone took pride……

“The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. If you’re gonna book……

“Our flight was delayed on July 11, so we did not arrive until the morning of July 12. However, we still had to pay for the night before, even though we were not actually in the room. When we finally arrived, we had to change rooms three different times. The hotel has a no-smoking policy, but someone was smoking, and the smell came into our room, so we had to move. We were then told that the hotel was completely booked, so they could not give us the junior suite we had originally booked.……

“Tiene buena ubicación en el sur de cali pero muy deficiente en cuanto a los desayunos, teniendo Colombia tanta variedad de comida y desayunos… corrimos con la mala suerte de pan tajado con lama, imagino que viejo y huevos, porque era eso o una sopa!!! Terrible lo que nos tocó para el desayuno!!”
