「Wir hatten bei Expedia extra ein teureres, größeres Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Wir bekamen dann kommentarlos ein kleineres Zimmer ohne Balkon. Auf Nachfrage konnte nichts geändert werden, wir sollten in der zweiten Nacht umziehen, was wir nicht wollten. Uns wurde nicht mal die komplette Preisdifferenz zurückerstattet - sie müssten ja Steuern zahlen. Sonst ist das Hotel ja ganz nett, aber dieses Verhalten Gästen gegenüber war nicht ok.」

「Wir waren sehr überrascht über dieses Hotel. Es war sehr sauber und sehr modern. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und jederzeit für Anliegen erreichbar. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.
