The desk staff did not seem to know that my reservation was for a multi bed room and had to scramble to give us a room. The hide-a-bed did not have any bedding included and I was forced to back to the desk to get some. The mattress had hug stains all over it, and was so worn out you could feel every spring and wire in the frame. I tried to use the room phone to call the...

「Our hotel room was very clean and fresh! The breakfast had pretty much everything a person could want to eat. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well maintained. We will stay again!」

「The reviews about this hotel are wrong. It stinks in the entire hotel. They no longer have a working arcade as advertised. There is No restaurant. Breakfast was a joke. And Noone was there when I arrived to check in. I had to call them and wait 15 mins for the guy to get back to the hotel. This place is a joke. Never stay there.」

「This is a new hotel meant for long term guests who may have family at the newly built hospital. There was nothing wrong with the place. It was clean, friendly, super good breakfast and clearly built for long terms guest with kitchens in the room and larger closets. Sadly, we were only there for one night」

「it took three rooms until the manager could find a clean one and then the TV didn't work so they had to reprogram the remote, and the website says breakfast every day, there is no breakfast at this location, according to the manager, she is waiting to get her license back.」
