「性價比高」

「Enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the front desk was very professionally and accommodating. I Truly enjoyed my stay.」

「This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.」

「Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.」

「附近有點邊偏僻」

「This was our second stay at Sleep Inn Charleston. The rooms are a good size with large bathrooms. The toilet is separate from the shower which is nice; however, the room with the toilet is small and on our second time staying had a weird door set up that knocked against the door to the larger area of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was closed and the fitness room hadn’t been open for a long period of time. We enjoyed walking over to Crackle Barrel for dinner.」

「The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!!
