“The staff was amazing and went out of the way to get us a room on the 6th floor away from the wedding noise that was there. The valets were awesome, the whole trip was worth it!!!”

“The room looked nice but the bathroom floor was sticky to walk on. Also the bathroom contained some items left from previous guest. The WiFi did not work good enough to keep the internet to allow computer work to be accomplished. The complementary breakfast was good. We also had cigarette smoke smell in the room through the night. 5 AM there was gurgling water noise sounding like the toilet was overflowing. It was the tub drain gurgling water probably from a neighboring room’s shower. We will……

“Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.”

“I checked in to a room with someone else's belonging already there.. they double booked the room.. then found a soiled restroom and when I called they said.. we didn't see anything we were just there.. I said I'm sorry you didn't lift the lid.. but my son went to use the restroom and found .. well you know under the seat”

“We made this reservation because we were traveling with our dog and the hotel had good reviews for being dog-friendly. However, the hotel was run-down, with trash, cigarette butts, and dog poop all around the property. Guests did not abide by the no smoking rule and smoked on the upper level balconies. The smell of cleaning chemicals was overpowering; the bathroom sink did not drain; and the wifi/internet was horrible. A family member who also stayed there asked multiple times for soap and never……

“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

“Stayed on our way home from Asheville with family. The property was very nice as well as the cabin. Close to a lot of activities and restaurants on site as well as live music on the weekends.”
