「Comfortable room and clean. We would stay here again.」

「We made this reservation because we were traveling with our dog and the hotel had good reviews for being dog-friendly. However, the hotel was run-down, with trash, cigarette butts, and dog poop all around the property. Guests did not abide by the no smoking rule and smoked on the upper level balconies. The smell of cleaning chemicals was overpowering; the bathroom sink did not drain; and the wifi/internet was horrible. A family member who also stayed there asked multiple times for soap and never...

「The pool was closed on June 19th. Requested 2 rooms side by side. 1 room infested with tiny ants. It took over an hour to get another room. It was the entire length of the motel from the 2nd room. At 8:00 am the lady started clearing breakfast and the coffee was empty.. Not a good experience.」
