「The only two downsides were a lack of WiFi and cell service (only available in the main house) and no GPS. They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. I admittedly panicked (we drove for 12 straight hours overnight), and our friend was on the verge of declaring us missing because he couldn't get in touch with us. 「This place was incredible. So much room for 12 people and they had thought about everything. The couch, omg the couch. We tried so hard to find the brand bc we all fell in love with it. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone that stayed commented on how great the space was. 12/10 peep the views」

「Beautifully updated Powder Monkey townhouse. All you need for a great vacation. The kitchen and all bathrooms feel very newly renovated and are beautiful. It's a very comfortable space in what I think is the very best location on the mountain.」

「We were visiting Marlinton, WV to bicycle ride the Greenbriar Trail. This house was perfect as you could ride to the trail within a few minutes. The house is also close to restaurants and a bike shop. The bed was very comfortable. The bed and bathroom linens were excellent. There is a cute kitchen with all the equipment you would need for a meal. Also chilled mugs for your beer. Overall we had a great stay and will be recommending to our friends. 」
