「It was a really nice room」

「Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting.」

「The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. 」

「All of the staff were amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and genuine. The pool was small, but well maintained and the water was a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was simple, but tasty…especially the make-your-own waffles. The furniture in the rooms could use some updating, but was functional. We will definitely go back when we are in the area.」

「As a mom traveling alone with my 5 and 7 year olds, safety was my top priority. This hotel made us feel so secure and comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again.」
