「This is a big scam, we booked something and they gave us a room in different building without reception, no icemaker, we felt no safety because anybody could walk inside the building,,also the breakfast in the main building, they showing comfort inn building and you get a run down place, wondering how they allowed to do that ,wasn't cheap, we paid over $100 for the room, never again not even for free.」

「Outstanding staff. However,.... We had to return to the front desk the first two days to get out keys reactivated. Our room was not cleaned for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. We had to ask for clean linens. Finally, on the last day when we returned and the room had not been cleaned again, they lady at the front desk got housekeeping to come promptly. They picked up most of the linens, emptied the trash, remade the bed with the same sheets. The floor had not been attended to in some time...
