「Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. 」

「We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area.」

「Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome...

「The room was in a good condition. Had a few stains on the carpet, but not a big deal. Otherwise the room is clean. The daily cleaning was good too. 」

「Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Staff were friendly. The downhill walk to a part of the city center is good 12 minutes. Good value for money!」

Personal mediocre, solo una chica nos atendio bien El resto les preguntabas y su respueta siempre era no lo se ni se molestaban en buscar o facilitarnos informacion. Eso no me gusto」
