「Un lugar seguro y tranquilo, la limpieza, el clima, todo bien」

「After 3 years of renovations the formerly known Belive Hamaca hotel is now reopened and rebranded. They did a great job with updating and refurbishing this run down hotel. Overall a 7/10 rating. I stayed in room 008, with 1 major problem: the toilet on the floor above me was leaking non stop with a constant non stop drip with smelly water. I told the reception about it, many promises, but the problem was never fixed, nor was I given an alternative room. Nor was my room cleaned during my 2 night...

「The guesthouse is situated overlooking the ocean but it is well hidden. Don't give up! Follow the unpaved road around and you'll find a gem. The proprietor is friendly, will provide breakfast, arrange take-out meals and transfers if needed. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「This ‘resort’ was pretty ho hum. Nothing special. Very limited menu - and same menu for both lunch and dinner. Very disappointing Limited pool chairs. The pool deck’s side tables were all chipped and rusting. Staff were not friendly. We arrived 6:30 am (sorry - that’s just when our flight got in!!). On arrival of course there was no room available. No suggestion of “go have a coffee and breakfast on us (or at a reduced rate)”. I asked if they had a guest room available for use by guests...

「Went with my family for Easter/spring break week! The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious (definitely better than the all inclusives we’ve gone to). And although it was on the smaller side, it made the experience more intimate/lowkey (which we enjoyed)!」

「Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. We got our own cleaning supplies and unclogged the sinks and showers drain. No close by restaurants or food store. Order your own uber the taxi company the property offers...
