“The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was when we went down to breakfast they were out of coffee and some of the juices. No one checked on those. It was a nice quiet hotel to stay in.”

“soon as we got, they were so excited to get into the hot tub. We are there for maybe 1520 minutes and my boyfriend‘s legs were so itchy and her eyes were on fire whenever I fully submerged just our bottom halves of course. The time I got back to the room, my bottoms turned brown. The chlorine was so stink and strong. It ruined them. It was the first time I wore my navy blue swimsuit and it got completely ruined. I complained to the front desk and they immediately closed the hot tub but would not……

“Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say. The second floor is probably OK because it does not sit directly on the……

“The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated”
