“Beach side is the best catch for this place”

A piscina é linda mas vem um cheiro insuportável de esgoto do terreno baldio ao lado do hotel. Although we had notified him by phone that the airline had canceled our flight and Dreamland had assured us that they would not charge us for the first night lost due to the flight cancellation but only for the following three nights, after three days of staying at Dreamland, he demanded that we stay a fourth night. “The location of the hotel is really lovely and pleasant on the shores of the beach/sea, but the rooms given to us were in conditions, worth for zero rating on any count, except the sitout area. But the staff are good and very responsive. The restaurant and the breakfast was just o.k. We booked online two rooms called VIP rooms. En effet, l'hôtel est géré par un escroc connu dans toute l'île qui pratique volontairement l'overbooking et n'honore pas les réservations même payées d'avance. Je me suis présentée sur place et l'hôtel a nié l'existence de ma réservation et lorsque je leur ai présenté la preuve du paiement ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant 3h en faisant mine d'appeler leur gestionnaire des réservations, en me faisant……
