Floors had cheaply been replaced, old tub had been sprayed white ( but not well), toilet may have been replaced but still had the old toilet seat which was not fastened. 「Rooms were in need of up keep, under cupboard microwave was covered with grease from stove top. no light in kitchen area. Mattresses slip off platform bed. nearest ice maker broke. Had to make ice in ice trays in fridge,. Pictures are decieving be aware....」
