“I had a nice stay! The location is perfect if you want to stay right downtown to visit iconic places like the Catedral Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Sé Catedral de Maputo), Conselho Municipal, Casa de Ferro, Rádio Moçambique, etc.It is definitely not a luxury place, but it is a cozy, highly affordable, and secure spot to sleep. My room was entirely clean, the bed was nice, and they provided the basic essentials like shampoo and soap. There is also a small, convenient café and restaurant right near……

“I stayed for one night and requested a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for 9:30 p.m. Everything was perfect until I ordered dinner shortly before checkout. I went down to the restaurant and asked for a menu, but the server suggested that I order room service instead. No menu was provided, and I ended up receiving a meal costing MZN 1,800 that I was unable to eat. The food was terrible. I was also asked to make the payment through the waiter’s mobile wallet, which I found unusual……

“A/C was leaking, there was no hot water and breakfast was always finished before 7.30”

“We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to Inhaca, and the place was extremely clean, bed comfortable, shower was hot and with good pressure and the staff were very friendly and helpful!”

“When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED. In……

“Room was very clean with good wifi though not all the lights worked. Plenty of hot water. Staff was courteous and helpful, breakfast was adequate (there is an egg station). Lobby is dark and drab, but location is good, only a few blocks from the Cathdral. In a Muslim area, so no beer served, but a good pizzaria on site.”
