"Booked a room with a Partial Lake View but on arrival was allocated a room facing the rear of the property and overlooking a car park (the opposite direction to the lake). Property was generally shabby and nothing like the advertised photos. I declined to stay as it was of a very poor standard"

"La struttura è bella ma un po’ trascurata in alcune parti. La descrizione delle camere non corrisponde propriamente a quanto indicato online. Internet non prende bene in molte parti della struttura, incluse alcune camere e il ristorante. Lo staff è stato decisamente un valore aggiunto, molto disponibile ..."
