Hotel its self for a boutique was very good and for the price was very reasonable! Staff were attentive via the app. And each night you would get asked if you need anything. The spa and gym were very good too - not huge but was good enough for a short weekend break. Breakfast was mediocre- scrambled ...

rooms and loby are clean, breakfast area have to take care more about cleanliness. Staff are extreme friendly. Pool and spa are always available and clean. Bathrooms needs more caring.

Got a room at the ground floor with an inner court window with iron bars and plants, facing the window glass of the lobby area, so possible to be seen by people there if you dared to drug the curtain for some fresh air or day light (not really possible at all) that made the room very humid and maintained ...

Amazing location and the views were spectacular. A few idiosyncrasies that you soon got use to. We were in an apartment, so small elevator, steep staircase, temperamental door code, but well worth the learning curve

Explore the great outdoors at Gardjola Gardens, a lovely green space in Senglea. Stroll along the marina or visit the shops while you're in the area.
Malta has no shops, or creative industry, it's all local restaurants and cafes. Rubbish strewn streets, places seem very dated and derelict. Heritage is under used its all just churches and most of these are shut or paid to enter. Wouldn't go again.
Senglea itself has a few lovely waterside restaurants that are very popular with the locals. Enchante in particular. Walk over to Birgu, where there are many historic attractions, places to visit. ferry to Valletta 10 min across the Grand Harbour.
Local people are very friendly and helpful. August had the run up to the Vittoriosa festival happening and it was great to see the local people and the cutler all gathering together at night, enjoying bands, singers and the fireworks etc
