We had jungle villa 3 which had been renovated and updated recently. Also came with a plunge pool. It’s a beautiful property and you get to experience all noises of the jungle. We saw red frogs (3) and a sloth and monkeys. We stayed 2 nights and felt good about that as the restaurants were limited ...

Refused to allow us to arrive early stating they did not have space - simply not true..it is a very large compound with many places to hang out. They need more staff - the owners are working too hard and seemed burned out.

The place is gorgeous!!! We loved the jungle behind us, and the ocean view in front. Location is good, an easy boat taxi to various places. Gorgeous, spacious Villa at an absolutely beautiful resort. We loved the beaches and beach bars/restaurants. Brett is a responsive and helpful host. Shout out to Oliver at Red Frog who treated us as valued guests even though we rented through VRBO. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.
