“the A line train from the airport to Union Station was a nice bonus. Ajax (bar/restaurant) had a great appetizer menu for happy hour and the staff (Justin, Jesse, Alyssa) were all great and very helpful with all the suggestions. HIGHLY recommend‼️”

“ Check in and a call ahead of time was thorough and clear information. The room was small, but very clean and just what was needed for a short stay. The restrooms and showers were so clean and well maintained. Such a great option to have the coffee shop in the lobby!”

“The staff at the front desk was friendly & helpful. Great location within walking distance to local restaurants & the stadium. The only negative was the pool had way too much chlorine in it, the entire room was unbearable to be in, so we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.”

“The staff overall was very unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our sink was clogged. We asked for service and didn’t receive service until our last day. The toiletries in the room were empty and the bottles were broken. We also received drink tokens however the bar and coffee shop that they could be redeemed in were closed for private events so they could not be redeemed. “The property had a lot going for it, and overall we did enjoy parts of our stay, but there were also a few issues that made the experience less comfortable than it should have been. To start with the positives, the location was one of the best parts of staying here. It was very easy to get to, convenient to access, and made getting in and out simple throughout the trip.
