「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although the hotel is listed as 3 stars, I found the price to be higher compared to the facilities and services provided.
The atmosphere felt unprofessional. The hotel is family-run, but this does not mean guests should feel constantly observed, the owner’s family were often around the reception and pool area, giving unnecessary looks to guests as they entered or left. This made the stay uncomfortable.

「Our stay was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was a 5 minute walk down to the ocean/restaurant and beach bars. The included breakfast was also delicious. Great stay!」

「Beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location just 5 minutes walk from beautiful beaches.
My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil.
I feel the room could have been in slightly better condition as some small things were broken or close to the end of their life such as the toilet brush and bin.
I would have appreciated some small additions such as a chair...
