「It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips.
My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel.

「The staff was sitting looking like I disturbed every time when passing the reception. Not a Hello, welcome or anything else. Just looking bored. Small paper cups and waterboiler in the room not very good when making coffee or tea.」
