“We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. ”

“Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. ”

“Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. ( die Tierdichte ist hier allerdings geringer und wie bei Wildtieren natürlich auch Glückessache) Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist schon das erste Abenteuer...Parkplatz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung ca 10 Minuten von der……

“The property is beautifully located on top of a hill with great view of the ocean. The food was very good too. The rooms on the edge are amazing. Unfortunately my friend had $400.00 taken from our room while we ate breakfast. Leaving money in your room is never a great idea but it is still very disappointing that the staff are not trustworthy. The basically told us it was our fault. Once this happened we were made to pay cash for everything because they were worried we wouldn't pay our bill.……

“Stayed here a few nights in March, 2019. Costa Rica trip for spring break. The cabins were great! Spacious and private. We had a couple of cabins toward the back of the property. Each cabin has a front porch with 1 or 2 hammocks to relax in. Definitely secluded, but very nice stay and central to different areas in Drake Bay. Maria and family were wonderful--cooking was excellent ---delicious food. She set up both of our excursions to Sirena in Corcovado and snorkeling in Isla del Cano. We drove……
