The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained pool areas and clean, comfortable rooms that made it easy to unwind after long days of exploring Coron. 「Stayed 4 nights at Jim’s castle inn, I had no power twice and no water once in short time during my staying. There’s no HOT water for shower and they don’t clean the restroom and trash bin everyday but the people are so kind. The fan room is really cheap but not recommended to live when in summer.」

「We only stayed 2 days of our week in Coron. Had to ask for the water to be turned on both days to flush toilet or shower. The photo on the website is 20 years old. Room does not look like the photos. We have a person with a walker he couldn’t get into his room because they put their inventory in the hallway and partially block the entrance. We asked they to clear the way but they did not. They say the are PWD friendly. They are not. 」

「Checking in was a bit of a hassle. The caretakers couldn’t find my reservation and then had to contact the owner of the property who also couldn’t find my reservation. When it was finally found they tried to place us in a different room with a shared bathroom than what I originally booked. I had to show my reservation again and say that I wanted the room I paid for that had the private bathroom. This was remedied but took some time. 」
