「The room was spotless and very spacious. I love that they have a beach bag available in your room to use on tours and its filled with usable items like water bottles, towel and water shoes. The breakfast was really good and had good otions for everyone. I think what stood out the most was the host on duty Chingy. He was great and remarkably helpful whenever we needed anything. "The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel and I will never stay here again."
