Staff was superb. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. Friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower!!!!! Definitely a plus!! Breakfast can use a lot more options but it was sufficient enough to start the day. Definitely recommended.

We travelled as a group of four and stayed for one night. The room itself was fine, but unfortunately, the bathroom in Room 211 had a very unpleasant smell, almost like urine, that wouldn't go away. We tried leaving the exhaust fan on for almost an hour and flushing water down the shower drain, but nothing seemed to help. The smell was so unbearable that I ended up using my sister's bathroom in another room just to take a shower. On a positive note, we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle, and the free breakfast was decent. However, the persistent smell in the bathroom really affected our overall experience and made our stay quite disappointing. It's unfortunate because, aside from this issue, the accommodation was otherwise satisfactory.

Liked the ease of transportation from the Airport to Hotel. And the ability to join an island-hopping tour from the Hotel. The fire dancing and dinner were delicious and fun.

Located a bit out of city centre, but easy to get tricycle. Staff accommodating. Did not eat at restaurant. Enjoyed the pool area. They made arrangements for airport transfers and added it to our hotel bill which we could use our credit card

Very helpful and kind team. I rebooked the incorrect hotel while boarding a boat for a tour and they packed up my stuff because they couldn’t get a hold of me and all rooms were full. They went above exceptions and the hotel in general is very clean, good value with nice views. I’d recommend

This hotel is one of the best in the area. However, as one of the best hotel in Coron, Palawan, they should provide a convenient way to get the area tours provided by the 3rd party for an option to use credit cards as form of payment instead of using cash for safety and convenience to every travellers around the world.

Great location nearby the ferry, great staff, and dining experiences by a magnificient pool. Great massage. Food was diverse and delicious! We will be back!
