「Hotel is run down. No hot water, this is known by front desk. Breakfast didn't start till 8am and it was very light ( 2 eggs and slice of bread). Key didn't work in safe. And the nearby music volume increased at 3am to the point car alarms were going off. No way a 5 star hotel, maybe a 2 star.」

「I absolutely recommend staying at Estrella Dominicus! Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the beautiful property to the peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, and the pools were especially nice and relaxing.
The staff was also amazing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the personal attention made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The people were so sweet and always willing to help whenever we needed anything.
