"Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay."

"Nossa experiência neste hostel começou de forma preocupante, mas terminou sendo uma das estadias mais acolhedoras da viagem. Reservamos um quarto duplo superior com banheiro privativo e janela. Porém, ao chegarmos para o check-in, fomos informados de que, por um erro interno, nosso quarto não estava disponível. Foi um momento de muito desespero para nós dois, já que estávamos chegando em Xangai cheios de expectativas e com a reserva paga antecipadamente. Inicialmente, pediram que cancelássemos...
