"Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean. "Intimate boutique hotel in an old manor recently renovated. An oasis in an otherwise busy neighborhood. Staff were helpful and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious."

"This is more of a business hotel, meaning they cater to mainly men on business. There are two hotels with the same name a few metres apart so I went to the wrong one initially. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby)."
