“The images of the accommodations are misleading. You are not getting the view that is being advertised, however that was the least of our worries. Our room had a queen size bed and a twin, the twin seems to be used as a couch but it was covered by a filthy blanket with no sheets. The room is extremely outdated and hasn’t had a deep clean probably ever. The shower has hard water marks and debris on the walls. There is no body wash or shampoo or conditioner. “My husband and I stayed 2 nights in June. Karla was there to greet us on our early 10 am arrival and allowed us to check in early and provided some great dining recommendations. The room was extremely well appointed (espresso in room, all the standard amenities one expects from a hotel and even had a flat iron for my hair). “You really need a car to stay at this property as it is up country lanes that taxis don’t like to go to so we struggled a bit getting around. It isn’t clear in the description that it is so far out.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay at apartment roza. The hosts are very accommodating and could not do enough for us.
It is well equipped with everything you need.”

“There is very little parking and you can get blocked in. It is a very long steep climb from old town to the apartment. To compensate for this it has a marvellous view overlooking Dubrovnik.”
