“A great spot to stay if you need to be in this location. The room was clean enough, it was the kitchen appliances and above the fridge that were dirty. Also the entrance ways in the lobby were not overly clean. The car park was a little walk and definitely a place I wouldn’t want to be around at night time. The set up is a little strange with two different companies in the same complex and they are no longer in the reception area. But it was comfortable enough and met our needs.”

“First off, I'm going to highlight the positives, because this place has potential... The price was very cheap compared to other hotels on such a busy weekend in Melbourne..everyone hikes up their prices for Melbourne Marathon Festival. The location is fantastic, a short walk to MCG and accessible to public transport. The room was really spacious and my room overlooked some nice trees. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hosts seemed lovely. Now.. the cleanliness was beyond bad. It is in need……
