“I have read all the reviews for the last 7 months and we were hoping they were one offs. But we experienced all of them. Generally the room was dirty, almost everything was broken or damaged and it was easy to tell they had been that way for sometime. Given that these complaints date back at least 7 months (I gave up reading them after that!) And none of these concerns have been addressed. We stayed here two years ago and had no such problems.
