“if you go outside the room the view is really nice. unfortunately, they lock the window of my room, the temperature of the room becomes very high. I try to tell myself, it is a prison, don't ask for more. I am living right below the restaurant, it is very noisy at night. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur……
