「Het hoofd gebouw ziet er van buiten mooi uit. Van binnen is het gedateerd. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt verzorgd. Staat van kamer gedateerd met onderhoud achterstand. 」

「Von aussen denkt man: oh Gott was ein hässlicher Bunker. Von Innen dann zum Glück etwas hübscher in der Lobby. Trotzdem allgemein eher Stil 90er Jahre. Das eigentliche Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Bad war allerdings ein Witz. Super winzig, mit einer alten Badewanne als Dusche, aus der beim Duschen auch Wasser lief. Einrichtung wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend für das angebliche Vier Sterne Niveau. Wässriges Rührei, labbriges Brot und Zuckersäfte. Dafür einfach...

「Very quaint and historic property in the heart of Monnickedam. The room was lovely. Old world with modern fixtures. Just FYI, no elevator so request ground floor if you need to. I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short walk to the bus that can take you to Volendam or Amsterdam within 20 minutes」

「Loved the monitored space for bikes. We looked for the swimming pool but saw a locker room and an utility room so didn’t proceed to find the swimming pool as it made an uninviting impression. Maybe we went through the wrong doors, I’m not sure. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh food, lots of choices and friendly staff.」

「Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.」

「Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before...

「Prima locatie, zeer netjes en smaakvol ingericht, het belangrijkste een prima bed en goed geslapen,」

「Property is very close to train station and zanse schanse and staff was very helpful in accommodating our late check in, holding onto luggage at reception etc. Only thing to complain about was the soap in the shower was running low but we also didn't try ringing the reception to ask for more so can't dock them for that」
