“My room just behind the reception, I can hear everyone check-in processing. The service ‘not hotel’ standard.”

“1. The noise from outside is very loud, which means the windows have poor sound insulation. I was frequently woken up late at night by people downstairs who were partying. 2. The air conditioner makes noticeable noise and is quite loud. 3. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery, which feels unsafe. 4. There is an unpleasant smell in the hallway.”

“Excellent location which is around 10 mins walk from Central Station, close to the most lively place but in a quiet street. The breakfast is fantastic, I stayed for 5 nights but i still enjoyed the breakfast. The room is comfort with sufficient space.”

“I found blood on the towel, and it made me feel really disgusted, especially since I had used it without knowing. Before staying at this hotel, we had already been traveling for two weeks and stayed in three different hotels. However, this hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. We appreciate the hotel’s environmentally friendly philosophy, but basic cleanliness should still be maintained, especially since blood can be a source of disease transmission”

“Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would……

“Great location right by Vondel Park and minutes from both the Museumplein and Leidesplein areas, and plenty of restaurants as well. I had a single room which was fairly small but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.”
