"Lovely hotel in a good location with comfortable rooms, great facilities, and helpful, friendly staff. The only negative point was the design of the ensuite, which had full height glass windows and doors with a central obscure band, but clear top and bottom sections, which is an odd design choice."

"I loved the concept of this industrial hotel. They have amenities for the current generation and I had a pleasant stay. The bed is really comfortable and so the pillows. Overall I noticed the hotel is a little dusty, what caused me to have allergies during my stay. This is the reason why I am not rating it higher. The rest is perfect, not sure what the dusty and ventilation situation is, but if they fix it it’s a paradise place. "

"Very convenient to Schipol airport. There is even a free shuttle which runs every 20 minutes. The buffet breakfast was good and well presented. Cost 11 euros but adequate. The room was smaller but larger than Amsterdam hotels. Very quiet and restful place to stay. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Very close to the zoo and a couple of good restaurants/bars, but a little bit of a walk into the city center. It's a quiet neighborhood, which was nice!"

"This is our second time returning to new west inn, we’d previously visited earlier in the year and was satisfied with our trip. Despite the location from the centre & the fact that one of us couldn’t walk very well at the time… it didn’t bother us that it was 20 minutes from the centre. We bought day passes for the trams (use GetYourGuide) Hoeknes stop is closest to the hotel, it’s very easy to use Amsterdam transport. There is an Aldi round the corner. I also highly recommend trying jacks...

"The hotel is really close to transit and not too far of a walk to a growing neighborhood to the south with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel was clean, safe, and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Amsterdam!"
