The staff were all very nice and helpful for a first-time visitor like myself. My room was super clean and felt very cozy. The breakfast options were not terribly expensive, nor were the options at the terrace restaurant/bar. I felt very welcome during my entire stay, and the property is not far from many great things to see/do in Amsterdam. One of my favorite things was the rentable bikes the hotel offered. Very helpful in a city like this one

Loved the room, staff was very friendly. The work space was a great place to get a snack and drink and hang out and read or get some work done. The restaurant was great. Service was a little slow because they were super busy. Food was good.

Very good location, convenient for getting to the city, both train stations, and the airport. The surrounding area also seems safe. The hotel's restaurant and rooms are modern in design, well-equipped, and very clean.

Great location - only 15 mins to central station on the metro. Close amenities. Fun quirks to hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely coffee shop at the reception which open till late. Only down side was room was very dusty.

The review is primarily for families traveling with very young kids and booking studio. The rooms are not child/toddler friendlyfriendly. If your child is too small, there is not enough space for crib or crawling/walking without risk of safety. If you have a toddler than a bed hanging in the sky with basic rails where they can fall down doesn’t work. I would say the hotel itself is decent, with good location, transit facilities, surrounding stores and restaurants included.

The room was nice and I really appreciated the air conditioning. Enjoyed the great view from the 7th-floor bar at sunset (and would've enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and sauna if the weather hadn't been so hot). Skip the overpriced breakfast buffet (which is mostly just bread and cheese) upstairs and get a tastier quick breakfast and an excellent chai latte at Werkplats on the ground floor for 1/3 less. I really like the atmosphere at Werkplats. And if you're there later in the day, their hard cider and mixed drinks are good, too.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, we had the red bath room and the view was incredible. The room was super clean, easy to park at the hotel too. Staff were very friendly. This stay really made my 30th birthday feel so special.
