Even though the property is in a suburb of Amsterdam, there are so many different trams and buses available and frequent, which is so convenient. Walking into Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away. Many restaurants, pubs and grocery stores close by. Really enjoyed this property.

We had an overall good stay. But there were some downsides. The space was nice, the beds were comfy, the appliances all functioned well. But the unit was not as clean as I would have expected, there was some mould in the bathroom, layers of dust on some flat surfaces, and the bed sheets didn’t look like they had been cleaned (I found some stains and a few hairs on both beds). They also changed the wifi network on our second day but they didn’t tell us until the afternoon, so we had a while morning with no wifi. Then the codes to the doors didn’t work and we had to call them to get a new code to get into the apartment. It’s a nice space, but could be cleaner.

We really liked the location and easy access to the property. The new lock system that was great once it was active and working correctly. The internet was greatly appreciated, however the TV was older and did not provide a smart option. This made it difficult for our younger kids as all but one channel was in a language that we could not understand and not kid appropriate content. The beds, kitchen, and laundry were great. The separate WC and shower room was great for our family of 5 to share and very spacious. The noise was an issue as you can here when someone is outside and even down three floors in the courtyard. For adults only this would not be as big of a problem, but with three young kids that are going to bed between 8-9pm it was tough. Also, the seals on the door are no good and any wind or smoking done on the balcony comes inside. This lead to us having very unattractive and not kid/health appropriate smells coming into and lingering in the home, especially on windy days. We were also surprised a couple times when we came home to find the place had been cleaned. We were not aware this would be happening and found it a bit unsettling as we were not give prior notice, however they did a great job with the clean. We would stay here again after ensuring the seals on the door had been fixed.

I have been to Amsterdam 20 time or more . The apartment is okay . Rooms are very small not like the pictures. Location is really far from city so i had to use taxi all the time . Its notbolin central. Walking at least 30 min to reach the real center .

When we arrive the room smelled very bad with smoke When we told them at first they said they will sent someone to check it , no one ever came We had cooked some coffee for the smell which did not help , we asked for another place since the room still smelled and you could not stay there and the parking was at an open dark space, which we felt realy unsave, they moves us 2 am to another location and we needed to pay for parking there again After they already charged us for parking at the first place, their response was always little Late also so we did not feel save and paying for parking on the street felt unsave, they said they would refund us one night but did not do so and charged us parking and all nights without staying there

Door wouldn’t lock!

We have to move rooms because our front door wouldn’t lock. They had to move us to a different building further away and we could no longer stay in our group which meant our party was split up. The apartment is not the cleanest nor is the building.

Check in process is a burden.

This is a brand new apartment in a nice area of town. My only complaint is the check in procedure. After landing in Amsterdam I found the short stay service desk and was able to complete paperwork (taxes,etc). However, you have to go to the office located some distance from the apartment to pick up the key. Since I was traveling with my family and elderly mother we had to take a taxi which cost 50+euro. We were able to store our luggage there but couldn't access the apartment until after 2pm. We then had to take another taxi to the apartment at an expense of 25 euros. The apartment is small but well equipped. We only stayed one night so perhaps if you are staying a couple of days the check-in process may be worth it.

Stay somewhere else if you can

When we first entered the building the children who were with me said, “ Ew this place is gross.”. They weren’t wrong. We were there for 2 week Cons: We didn’t have warm water for our first 48 hours. -Rooms 21-24 are not lofts like the other rooms. They are small dark dungeons with no space to move. -Not located in a nice area -You hear trains and sometimes the building shakes. - cigarette burns on the couch - No oven - Not very clean - There is no access to the terrace anymore - The keyless entry is stressful if your phone dies or your data is slow. You will be stuck outside. The wifi doesn’t usually reach outside - Two rolls of toilet paper for one week. Pros - You’re still in Amsterdam. Albeit far from most things. It isn’t that bad if you have a bike but walking that creepy street alone at night is super scary. - Big bed in main room - Even though you hear the trains it wasn’t very loud while we were there

This has the potential to be a great place to stay. There's local tray, buses and the train stations only a 10 minute walk. The property was let down by how clean it is, the management of other guests and the value for money. In the photographs the apartment looked nice, however, it was very dirty. Someone had done a quick once over of the counter tops and bathroom at best. The floors were really dirty, there was hairs (not the ones on your head) in the bath tub, layers upon layers of dust all over. The poor rug and carpet near the front door looked very worn and old. The whole room was wallpapered for some reasons and it was dirty like 3m high in the air some how. The railing up the stairs was un safe as it's only bolted to the floor at the far end so it wombles all over.. A bar at the end would have prevented this. There appears to be no emergency exit other then the main door itself! All the windows are locked with no key so in the event of a fire outside the main door theres no way of escape. The main issue we had, and we think we got off lightly, was other guests. Despite it being concreate walls, floors and ceiling the floor is "hollow".. or sounds it.. you can hear everything! You can also hear the massive front door closing.. people going down the stairs at 4am in the morning (which the bedrooms are next to). The smell of WEED filled the apartment daily.. comes in via the front door and the shared air vents.. nightmare..

Hébergement propre et bien agencé. Arret du tramway à deux pas ce qui rend les déplacements super simple. Les boissons pour le petit déjeuner sont fournis ce qui est fort sympathique. Petit bémol la communication avec Numa ne se fait qu'en anglais. Mais pour l'hébergement je recommande, on repart ravis de notre séjour.

很糟糕的體驗，打掃清潔並不確實，不到非常髒但就是不乾淨。第二天晚上房子沒有任何熱水，在很冷的阿姆斯特丹是非常痛苦的體驗，在WhatsApp上反應後，對方表示無法立刻協助要等到明天，我們必須自行在廚房燒熱水放到浴缸裡面洗澡，非常克難。然後千萬不要使用洗碗機，裡面有洞水會漫出來⋯ 有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。

Very nice appartement a bit away from the city center but easily accessible by bus 22 that takes you quickly to the central station. It can be a bit of a party place though. Our upstairs neighbors were a bunch of very rowdy teenagers. The walls are thick, fortunately, but we could still hear them quite well until they left to party elsewhere. The place gives you a nice appreciation of how people get around by boat and bicycles. We really enjoyed the juge windows!

Het is een klein, maar compleet en efficiënt ingedeeld appartement. De inrichting is vrij nieuw en alles was schoon bij aankomst. De oven van de combimagnetron functioneerde niet goed, het raam in de woonkamer wilde niet goed open. Verder was de bediening van de vloerverwarming en airconditioning niet helemaal duidelijk. De luchtbehandeling was continu te horen in de slaapkamer, maar verstoorde de slaap niet. Het uitzicht op het spoor biedt veel afleiding.

De accommodatie was niet proper. De tandpasta hing nog aan de deur. Overal vingers op de vensters en de kussens in de zetel waren met vlekken. Er was ook veel geluidshinder van de personen boven ons.

6 tøser på årlig logetur. Fin rummelig lejlighed, med det nødvendige, endda med kaffepads til kaffemaskinen! Tram tæt på ellers bare slentre ind til centrum-der er masser at se på i denne smukke by.

Pleasantly surprised!

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 3 nights. We arrived at the apartment late as we had delayed flights but upon arrival we were very pleased! The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfy and the view is wonderful! The trams run every 5-10 minutes from just outside the apartment so is an ideal location. As we arrived late, the check in desk was closed. But the staff ensured we were still able to obtain the keys and all other information we needed easily. Also, the main office provides luggage storage for free after check out which is a huge bonus!

Modern building with very nice finishes. Location is a bit far east and it is located on not very pretty street. With a bike you can easily reach parts of the city. The nearby neighborhoods provide a more authentic Amsterdam experience and without all the touristy feel of central city.
