“房間環境一般。不太清潔，水龍頭鬆到好似就壞。浴缸去水塞。我們住3晚，最後1晚竟然沒有清理房間。打電話去前台，只给我新毛巾就算。”

“Due to the emergency matter I was not able to check in the hotel but I was charged double times for the room rate. I understand the pre payment won’t be refunded if I failed check in but I don’t think they could charge me double times. I contacted them and never got anything back. ”

“We are a family with two children under the age of 7. We loved our experience. The property was clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a little cold for swimming, but the place had an area for trash, laundry facility, playground, tennis court and two swimming pools. All Niagara attractions are an easy drive.
